Event & Media Structures were commissioned by London based events company Studio Boum to build a three-storey scaffold staircase to showcase Khalid Qasimi’s new AW men’s clothing collection in the run up to London Fashion Week (15-18 February).
Project Description
The event took place at Collins Music Hall in Islington, a grey concrete, derelict structure which complemented the sparse urban feel of Qasimi’s latest designs. The atmosphere was cold and crisp with industrial lighting and the metal scaffolding structure designed and built by us created a dystopian feel, perfect for Qasimi’s futuristic collection.
Our Layher system scaffold staircases are becoming popular in the fashion industry creating a focal point for the designs but also supplying safe access for the public.
