Despite the global pandemic Event & Media Structures are looking forward to supplying some of the UK’s largest outdoor events with temporary structures, including London’s most celebrated international tennis tournament in June.
Our track record so far, is zero reported cases of Covid-19 on any construction site, or at any live event we’ve set up. We’ve achieved this by careful management and implementation of a strategy, which ensures that only a minimum number of work force is ever on site, at any one time.
We also esnure our crews adhere to strict social distancing guidelines, including sanitising work sites and wearing face coverings where appropriate. In the event of an infection amongst any of our crew, or sub-contractors, we have a proactive strategy which ensures reporting, self-isolation and minimal mixing thereafter.
We’ve also migrated to software to limit the number of face-to-face interactions wherever possible. A positive offset is that by minimising staff travel and focusing on tightly organised crew numbers, we are achieving our environmental objectives of reducing our carbon footprint.
It’s safe to say that with these measures in place, our brand reputation throughout the pandemic has been strengthened, and we’re proud to be seen as a ‘safe pair of hands’ when it comes to event building in the current climate.
