We’re thrilled to be building two brand-new obstacle course structures for Raptor Rally – the UK’s toughest cycling event.
Cyclists will be saddling up for the 30K course at Rockingham Castle on the 25 June 22 and completing over twenty whopping obstacle challenges such as the Tyre Slalom and Forset Bump.
For 2022 we’ve been asked to provide two NEW obstacles – The CyclopPath and Shower Straight, plus temporary shower facilities.
CycloPath and Shower Straight
The CycloPath will be Raptor Rally’s biggest obstacle challenge ever, featuring a 3 metre high summit for cyclists to navigate. If sand banks, gravel and grass aren’t enough, we’re also building the Shower Straight, a 10-metre long tunnel, packed with sprinklers, to get cyclists soaked.
Once conestants have crossed the finish line, they’ll be able to clean off in the Bike Shower, which will feature a bay and ledges for plumbing.

The Raptor Rally event will raise money for two great causes The Air Ambulance Service and Shout Support Services. We’re proud to be a main sponsor, supporting the organiser’s efforts to raise money and awareness for these two vital charities. BMX Olympic bronze medallist Declan Brooks will be lending his support too by doing an honorary 10K lap of the 30K course.
Alaister McNaughton, Raptor Rally’s organiser said he’s excited to be working with us, particularly as the event is set to expand with venues in Leeds and Colchester for 2023. “Based on their previous obstacle builds, I could see Event & Media Structures create very professional, good structures that are right for us. Hopefully we’ll work with them going forward.“
