We were proud to supply our Rota Louvered Pergolas for the Paddock Club at Silverstone during this year’s British Grand Prix. Designed to blend elegance with practicality, these structures provided the perfect setting for guests to relax and take in the high-speed action.
Project Scope
- Our team handled the full delivery, installation and dismantle of:
- Rota Louvered Pergolas with manual control to open and close the slatted roof.
- Custom flooring using plyboard (approx. 7.5m x 25m) to create a stable base.
- Astro turf finish (approx. 187.5m²) for comfort and presentation.
- 18 Layher scaffold towers to elevate and support the pergola legs, complete with timber frame, ballast and di-bond cladding.
Adaptable, Stylish, Comfortable
With retractable louvres, the pergolas adapted seamlessly to the famously unpredictable British weather — offering shade in the sunshine and shelter from sudden rain showers. Combined with high-quality flooring and a premium finish, the result was a stylish hospitality space ready to welcome VIP guests.
Outcome
Once fully furnished, the pergolas became a central feature of the Paddock Club — offering guests a comfortable, elevated view and a perfect place to enjoy the excitement of the race weekend.
