Phillip is a seasoned entrepreneur having founded the global risk management and security Company called MAST of which he also the CEO.
Phil’s early career was as a marine broker in the Lloyds of London Insurance market which led to him to return to education and graduate in Law following which he commenced training as a Solicitor.
Phil was commissioned into the Royal Navy where he served for six years as a Warfare Officer before returning to the Private Sector. He then completed a Master’s Degree in Maritime Law before founding MAST in 2005.
He has a successful track record in Leadership at Board Level in the Private Sector and strong corporate and commercial experience including debt restructuring and fund raising from P/E market.
He also has international cross border commercial expertise across the Middle East, India, Far East and China.
