We’ve been busy helping snack food brand Pringles prepare for their #pringlesmindpopping marketing campaign at the London Velodrome.
The people behind Britain’s favourite snack have created a unique virtual reality event in an attempt to appeal to their fans’ fun side.
London based tech company Crucial FX created the immersive light and laser show which is part of Pringles’ ‘Mind Popping’ advertising campaign.
Crucial FX invited us on board to provide the media projection tower for their interactive VR booth. On site at Lee Valley VeloPark we built a 5 meter high tower using Layher System Scaffolding.
We also provided heat-shrink sheeting for the sides of the tower including the roof which had a zipped access at the base and an internal ladder to access two working lifts.
Pringles chose the iconic Olympic Velodrome as the site for their ‘Mind Popping’ marketing event because of the brilliant access but also because the Velodrome is shaped just like a giant pringle! Check out Pringles’ Instagram to see the light show for yourself!
