Grandstands

They can be configured with or without seats, allowing for free-standing or fitted options. Additional features such as seating systems, access stairways, ramps, and temporary roofing can be incorporated to create effective solutions tailored to your event’s needs.
Seating Systems
We offer a range of temporary seating options designed for both outdoor and indoor venues. Our seating systems are economical, versatile, and comfortable, and are compatible with Layher stages, platforms, and access stairways. Options include benches for maximum capacity, as well as bucket and folding seat designs, ensuring flexibility to meet various event requirements.
Staging Systems
Our platforms and stands provide proven and optimised facilities for concerts, shows, and sporting events worldwide. They can accommodate uneven and difficult ground conditions, and can incorporate spectator access systems and seating modules when required. With virtually limitless options for lateral extension and the ability to accommodate various roof and support systems, our staging systems offer ease of assembly and dismantling into palletised units for simple transportation.
Ramps
We provide ramps constructed using standard Layher Allround® equipment, suitable for access and wheelchair use, as well as event-specific applications like skiing or snowboarding. Our ramps can be customised to fit specific angles, shapes, lengths, or space limitations, and come with accessories such as guard rails and child safety devices, offering extensive opportunities for the event industry.
Stairs
Our site and public access stair towers complement the Layher staging and seating range, offering up to eight different options with 1.5 or 2-metre lift heights in various widths. Designed for ease of handling, installation, and dismantling, these stairs provide a user-friendly and safe means of facilitating crowd movement in diverse entertainment and sporting environments.
Bridging Truss System
The Layher Allround® Bridging Truss system is fully compatible with Layher Allround® Scaffolding, offering key advantages for event usage. Typical installations include rigging systems, PA wings, camera towers, advertising towers, and cable bridges. With spans of up to 18 metres, construction can be performed in-situ or at ground level for craning into position. Optional fittings such as steel or event decking, Layher ‘Protect’ panels, childproof guardrails, and temporary roof sections enhance versatility, making it suitable for various event sector applications.
